UTC, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)， use time zone of  GMT  

GMT, Greenwich Mean Time  

标准时间  18:00 GMT = 18:00+00:00

在用java.text.SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ssZ"); 格式化时间时：

• Z表示的时间格式是+00:00
• z表示的时间格式是UTC
